In partnership with Santa and the North Pole, Falconwood Park is thrilled to announce the debut of “Falconwood Frosty Nights – Christmas Village & Lights’, an all-new holiday experience opening November 2025 and running through New Year’s Day. Falconwood Park invites families, friends, and holiday lovers to step into an immersive Christmas wonderland unlike anything else in the Omaha metro.
Stretching across 80 acres, Falconwood Frosty Nights will have some serious wattage and shine bright with an infinite number of lights!
A dazzling lighted cherry tree forest welcomes you as you enter the Christmas Village, along with a 150-foot tunnel of lights and dozens of decorated trees—including several towering 15, 25, and 50 feet tall line the path to central square.
We’re pulling out all the stops, with sleigh-loads of lights, larger-than-life décor, and holiday magic around every corner. It’s our Christmas wish to create an experience that brings joy, wonder, and a jolly good time for all that attend.

One of Nebraska’s “truly unique” and longest running camping festivals moves to Falconwood Park for its 13th year. Relocating from Columbus, NE, the move comes after calling Camp Pawnee home for 12 years, and its needs to move to a bigger facility due to the growth that the event has experienced since 2022.

HEAD EAST BIO:
The legendary classic rock band Head East has long set the standard for authentic, full-vocal, goodtime rock harmonies that few bands can equal. Their high-energy shows are filled with superb vocals, flashy guitar work and memorable keyboard melodies that continue to rock audiences of all ages. Their signature song, "NEVER BEEN ANY REASON" with notable chorus "Save my life I'm going down for the last time" has long been considered by many radio stations across the country as "The Rock & Roll National Anthem." This year Head East will be celebrating their 50th Anniversary by performing most cuts off of their iconic record "Flat As A Pancake". The band has brought classic arena rock to countless audiences all across North America. According to founding member and keyboardist Roger Boyd, Head East will continue to bring their brand of dance and shout, good-time rock and roll to audiences of all ages for many years to come. "As long as I can lift my synthesizer over my head and the audience goes wild, we'll keep rockin' on!"
Their music has been featured in the cult movie classic Dazed and Confused, as well as Sahara and The Education of Charlie Banks, Emmy award winning TV shows Friday Night Lights and That 70s Show. Their newest studio release (October 2023), Full Circle, contains several newly updated versions of Head East classic party rockers, including their monumental classic 'Never Been Any Reason (Save My Life)'. New, and soon-to-be HE classics on Full Circle include the country flavored 'You Can't Go Home' and a rockin' cover of the pop classic 'Treat Me Right', which was recorded decades ago by the classic Head East line-up but remained unfinished and unreleased until now. The current line-up of Head East put the finishing touches on 'Treat Me Right' bringing it around 'Full Circle'.
Head East is a 5-piece band consisting of Roger Boyd (keyboards & vocals), Greg Manahan (bass, lead guitar & vocals), Mark Murtha (lead guitar & vocals), Eddy Jones (drums & vocals), and Darren Walker (lead vocals & bass). They have always been one of the friendliest, most approachable, professional bands in rock and roll who are willing to make themselves available at all times for interviews and "meet and greets".
Head East maintains a close bond with their loyal fans through their official website, Facebook page, YouTube channel, and their official newsletter. The band is popular throughout the world and regularly receives fan correspondence from many nations and from across the United States.

Park and Walk Tickets allow you to park along the guardrail and walk up to the front of the cars and watch the movie on the grass. Please bring your own lawn chairs and/or blankets for seating.

Lyrics Born is a hip-hop legend who’s been shattering glass ceilings since his start in the ‘90s Northern California scene with hip-hop collectives SoleSides and Quannum Projects, as well as his illustrious solo career.
Rolling Stone included Lyrics Born in their “200 Greatest Hip-Hop Albums of All Time” highlighting his iconic solo debut album, Later That Day.
The first Asian-American solo rapper to perform at Lollapalooza, Coachella, and on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Lyrics Born is now Snoop-Dogg-approved with the OG rapper posting on Instagram LB's recent single “Take It 2 Far” from his studio album, Goodbye, Sticky Rice (October 2024).

21 years of age and up event with Live DJs, live music and comedy performances, Lucid Dreams Dispensary and fully stocked bar on site. Blunt therapy sesh with Dr Candice Cox with product provided for group sessions. Puff and paint/color - just sit back enjoy a joint on us and let your creativity flow through painting or custom coloring pages, thanks to local artists.
420 egg hunt - since 4/20 lands on Easter lets have some fun with it - eggs will be hidden and participants will have to find them, some eggs will have tokens to turn in for exclusive prizes and products others not so much... good luck.
Food and beverage trucks on site, multiple vendors. 4:20 pm the Ganja Games Begin we will hold, 8 individual games and 6 group game. Individuals will recieve Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards and prizes. Group games, one team will be elimenated each round until only one team wins. Teams can be 3 or 4 members but all members must participate in every round.
To end the night a showing of Half Baked at the drive inn to end the night. Please bring extra folding chairs and blankets if you would like. Terms and conditions apply.
